Since 1991 he had been realizing various mandates of management advisory for small and middle sized companies. He had a leading position in various industrial and commercial companies.
He is strong of experience in the domains of mechanics, watch-industry, building trade, transport, motor and recycling industry.

Who is a consultant?
Originally, the consultant was supposed to do only one thing: to give advice to an entity or a person: the client.
Today this profession has a multiple choice of domains such as to give simple recommendations or to give complete solutions for long and short-term issues of the company.
This expression is too restrictive because at the beginning the consultant was the response of a need, an expectation of the client and the final issue is the existence of a concrete solution which is operational and a plus for the client.
To be a consultant is mainly to be able to analyse a given situation, to recognize what has to be changed and to realize the change required by the client in a spirit of a constant partnership.
